I'm sorry Hennie, I did not understend. I understand that the cutter needs to stop and then go up, move and then go down, but did you do mean that that problem has no solution ? (Yes it's not a very big problem but I thought I have a z axis not perfecly squared to XY plane but I get the same problem on all the side of the pieces in any direction I turn ... )
thanks

The tab is like a little triangle meaning that the cutter moves up while it cuts forward.

Like many, I too have found that using 3d tabs solves the problem, but only if the CAM supports it.

Google translate is a bit rough, but for Hennie they may be accurate. Actually we also use bliksem for scoundrel. :D

And it is so unique to our Mother language Afrikaans. It has some other meanings also,I am going to hit you,( Ek gaan jou bliksem!) or You are a noughty small boy, ( Jou klein bliksem .) or Look at that lightning .( Kyk na daai bliksem straal ) or If you were in a bar fight of some sort and you got the worst of it then we would say ( Kyk hulle het vir hom goed gebliksem .):)
