Is that extruded or cast acrylic?

You can go faster with the acrylic. I do 100 inch/m and I have the router running around 16,000. The bits need to be new or very sharp.

Looks like you are using a v bit so you could go a little slower 75 I/M.

Hi friends, good evening

smreish: the acrylic is the extruded.

sailfl: yes, I could contrive faster, but then stayed with a finish so perfect.
the bit I used was a 2.5 mm ball nose.

Cheers

Antonio,

If you are happy that is all that matters. But looking at the video, you shavings are melted which means heat is building up. You bit will wear out faster.
