Has anyone tried to download this PDF recently, it always hangs up and times out when I try.

Yes it worked for me, alternatively is also available on the mach support site here same document not sure if it's on the same server though.

Thanks all, Nils sent me a copy and I was also eventually able to download it. Now for the two-weeks of reading to figure this out!
