Luke, the PM system here does not discriminate for low post counts, but the recipient may have selected to opt out of the PM system.

Hi Gerald thank you for the heads up on the Pm's previous forums that I have been part of would not allow Pm's unless you had over a specific amount of post's whithout the message turning up in the sent box I was usure it had sent. Many thanks for the link its informed me further about marks machine. I need to count the pennies and hopefully join the club! Again forgive me for not posting more I need to start an mm build ! Many thanks again for creating such a brilliant forum !
