Irfan...I second Alan, show & tell the step by step it took you...please
This is very nice work, congrat....;)

Doug_Ford Tue 18 August 2009 19:11

Did you sand that afterwards? Super smooth finish. What are the dimensions of this work piece. Beautiful job Irfan.

sailfl Tue 18 August 2009 19:57

Irfan,

Very nice job. Yes, more details. Now, that looks like MDF!

Gerald D Tue 18 August 2009 20:17

Great job!

I guess your 40x10 size is in inches?

How much did the material (MDF?) bend after cutting? If we had used local MDF for that type of deep cut, it would have bent about 0.5"

javeria Tue 18 August 2009 21:24

Folks all of the credit goes to our guru issac winfred - he gave me the toolpath to machine this.

yes G' the size is in inches and the material is MDF of 1 inch thick, i did not observe any bending.

the tools used were 6mm router bit for z-clearance and 3mm ball nose for final clean finish

thank God I did not have any power cuts while doing this :)

there is no sanding done to this.
