This thread is for those who want to use the MechMate drawings to build a welded table to fit under their ShopBot gantry.

The plans can be unzipped from table.zip

Please realise that this is a work_in_progress, the plans are in millimeter, and that you have to amend the X,Y dimensions to suit your application. For a 8'x4' ShopBot, you would read the steel drawings with X=2448 and Y=1208.

I am sure that the ShopBotters would appreciate it if a volunteer took the .dxf versions of the drawings and adapted them especially for ShopBot gantries. (Replacing the "10" at the beginning of the file/drawing name with "1S"). I will host those drawings here.
