half-coil wiring of KL34H280-45-8A
If I'm using motor KL34H280-45-8A with Gecko 203V, and I want to do half coil wiring, and my 8 leads are:
Blue-Red Yellow-Green and Brown-Black Orange-White would I use: Blue-Red (tape off Yellow-Green) and Brown-Black (tape off Orange-White)? And would it matter if I used: Blue-Red (tape off Yellow-Green) and Orange-White (tape off Brown-Black)? Basically, does one wiring pair have to be used with another specific wiring pair? thanks |

No, as long as the winding pairs aren't on the same winding, it doesn't matter. BTW, if the motor runs "backwards", you can swap ( reverse the polarity ) of any single pair ( if you swap both, keeps going the same way.
