Zero touch place not connecting
I am running mach3 BOB PMDX-122 Gecko drive G203v.
been running for a few years with no problems. just had a problem popped up i went to zero to the table top using the zero plate when i ran the zero. The spindle moved down but did not stop when it touch the plate. have to hit the page up for it to go back up. been using a piece of paper to zero. any idea where to start looking to correct this? On the last page of the mach screen you can view the inputs. Touch the plate to a good ground while watchine the inputs. Sometimes older routers don't ground through them after lots of running. If the input works as shown on the screen, I would suspect the router is not passing ground. You can replace the router or use a ground wire clip on the bit if that is the case.
