I've had it since Last Jan, but been too busy to really start diving into all it's features. I've been puttering with some 3d stuff, but this sign has 6 different toolpaths & and machining techniques. 23 hours on the machine in total

Its Medex..some kind of fancy MDF that withstands the outside environment. We tested it in a pail of water with some mdf and its stable. Not sure how long it will last outside though (-35c - +40c). It machines real nice, a bit harder than MDF.

I'm not going to be finishing it, The sign company I work for does all the finishing. I just cut em.
