Hi Thanks for the reply
Ok I have 4 stepper motor Nema 34 878 oz-in 2 A 8 wire and 4 axiz step driver tb6560 chinese blue and power supply 24v 14.6 A.
I have connect all and I think as regard connectivity of motor is everything ok but the problem is to parallel port . My computer doesn't have parallel port LPT 25 pin has only RS232 9 pin and I have install parallel port card like this http://cgi.ebay.de/BL-CP1-PCI-TO-1-P...d=244609099380 but when I connected on tb6560 all the light are on x,y,z,a while motor (z,x) only if heard not working.

I have fix port&pins connfiguration on mach3 version 2.63 in this way

x enable 4, step 16 , dire 1
y enable 17, step 14, dire 7
z enable 5 , step 3 , dire 6
A enable 5 , step 9 , dire 8

output#1 , Port# 1, pin number 2

hi that driver its too small for a nema 34 motor.
for two thingsē
1 its only support 34 volts o less. we ussually use 48v dc and UP
2 that driver its for 3.5 amp peak. a nema 34 can use little more than that.

it will move the motor with no load or little load... but i think it will not work at all.

With a suitable motor it should be possible. but as those nema34 are rated at 2Amps and so much torque, they probably have too much inductance. the problem will be too small voltage. I've seen some with 19mH and spec like that.
Count on very slow acceleration and low speed.

Hi what do you mean this driver is not good for these stepper motor?
my stepper motor are 2 Amp the driver is 3.5 Amp http://cgi.ebay.com/Nema34-stepper-m...82798843291885

It says in the motor details Phase Inductance (mH) : 15

Formula which almost everyone is using to power stepper motors originates from Geckodrive manufacturer, its the voltage at which the motor will give its maximum but will probably heat a little more so everyone steps couple of volts down.
Its calculated from Phase inductance as

32 * sqrt(Inductance in mH) = max Voltage

in your case its 32 * sqrt(15) = 124V !!!
Almost all drives have 80V limit, but these motors would probably work ok even with that voltage.
And your voltage is only 24V , not even nearly enough for any motor and not at all suitable for these 15mH motors.
Read trough other build threads to see which motors at what voltage others are using.

Also try to set pin configuration as stated in this manual
http://www.scribd.com/doc/55226840/H...r-Board-Manual

All enables go on pin9

it says in manual : mach configuration

x enable 9, step 7 , dir 8
y enable 9, step 5, dir 6
z enable 9 , step 4 , dir 17
A enable 9 , step 1 , dir 2

Unlike normal motors, stepper motors do not come in fix 110V, 220V or 415V voltage rating depending on your locations. Hence, choosing a stepper motor base on current rating is misleading.
Logically, when choosing a prime mover for any mechanism (stepper motor in this case) we need enough power to move the mechanism. & Power = V*I (watt)
The most popular method to determine the reasonable operating voltage of stepper motor is by using V=32 * sqrt(L(mH)) but be reminded that this is only a reference number to work with, don't loose sleep if you can't have the exact number in your final implementations.
I the case of TB6560, the reliable operating voltage is 24V (even though the data sheet say 36V but that is only in theory) hence 2.5A will give 60W peak power... which is really not a fantastic number for MM, & you seriously wouldn't want to run your electronics at full current rating for any extended period of time...
Personally, I prefer to have highest possible V & lowest possible I & 24V is really in the "Very-low" category for NEMA34 motor. but I am not here to stop you from looking for NEMA34 with around 0.56mH coil inductance to improve you chances with TB6560 for MM use. Have a go & let us learn from your results.

Hi gays thanks a lot for the answers I am new to these stuff that I do and have little experience , what do you think about my stepper motor are these good for a CNC and what driver do you propose me for these stepper motor.
I can not test these stepper I don't know where is the problem

I am thinking that the problem is to parallel port, because tb6560 not take it as an information, only the lights are on and there is no reaction.

Still too low voltage rating 18-50VDC , look for something in 80V range.
You should try to first find the problem with your current board as it can be used for other purposes or with other motors, and you should not let it go that easy
Read trough this thread how some members on CNCZone got their boards working!
http://www.cnczone.com/forums/genera...y_chinese.html

And try to contact these guys they are near you they might have drives for you if you feel changing your TB6560 ALCO

It has listed only shipping to United states besides that its a common chinese drive, it should serve you well. If you buy them if its possible try to wind a transformer which gives about 65~70VDC after capacitors and grec (diode bridge), for geckodrive Mariss says its ok to power them with exactly 80VDC but I dont know for these. Try to look for someone who is using their with maximum voltage.
Also use higher rated capacitors 100V and up because of back voltage steppers produce.
I think these are good advices but always search for another opinion.

That is the one I use. 48Vac secondary winding gives ~65Vdc.
set the max. current to 3A. Stepper motor is 9801 & operation temp is ~45C.

Veni,
Its your choice...
You gotta read more & research further to make your own decision...
There are more then a few supplier for similar drivers other then ebay.
All I could say is M860 works fine for me.

You will need to read further on what is needed to build your setup. If you are unsure of this you should look at a complete NEMA 34 solution. Many different options are available. Can some post a good EU contact for these parts?

MD882 will be more suitable because it has lower current setting.
Its funny why the seller bundle the TN6560 with the 86HS9805...
