Wiring the motors

I am looking for a a way to finish the wiring for the motors. The best idea I have had so far is molex plugs, then shrink tube up to the motor housing. I am concerned that it may still look a little... janky. As well as loose a little bit of flexibility in the wiring of the motors.

Any thoughts?

On Edit: Should I even consider disassembling the housing of the motor to bring the nice shielded wire right up to/inside the motor?

No, there is no space inside to join and insulate those wires.

We don't use connectors there any more - we now make permanent crimped joints. And leave a bit of slack in case we ever have to cut and crimp again.
