Heath,
When the machine has finished the present job I do hope to take it apart to paint and add some decals. It's the fact that it has to come apart that makes it difficult to do bits as I go along, need a week or so of downtime! Mark.

The wife seems to find me more than enough things to fill the weekends

Ick. Wife making you do thing. Just tell her no. That your a genius at work. Works with my girlfriend all the time
And night shift aint all that bad especially when your working on a MM. All you need is some good music and beer. Your all set.

Hello Mark, it appears you have a spindle and some sort of an enclosure acting as a dust foot. Can you share some detailed pics?
Also thin rubber instead of brush, does it works for you ok with MDF dust ?
