Heath,
When the machine has finished the present job I do hope to take it apart to paint and add some decals. It's the fact that it has to come apart that makes it difficult to do bits as I go along, need a week or so of downtime!

Ick. Wife making you do thing. Just tell her no. That your a genius at work. Works with my girlfriend all the time And night shift aint all that bad especially when your working on a MM. All you need is some good music and beer. Your all set.

Hello Mark, it appears you have a spindle and some sort of an enclosure acting as a dust foot. Can you share some detailed pics?
Also thin rubber instead of brush, does it works for you ok with MDF dust ?
