Knockdown Childs Bed

Hi guys,
I was wondering if anyone has drawn up knock-down plans or know a good source that makes these beds? I would like to make one for my brothers boy as a surprise. I have looked and looked on the web but can't seem to find somewhat of a decent design that I could cut out.
Any help would be appreciated.

Search for FABRICE on this forum. He does excellent work. Send him a picture and very soon at a reasonable price you will have your dxf file

I've got this in AutoCad or dxf. I made it for my son (the old way, templates & router) but is perfect for cnc. It fits a regular crib mattress, but would be easy to scale up for a twin. Here is a link to the file torrent.

Fabrice, you are a true artist!

But it will use too much material & hence costly to my liking. Maybe less cross bearer.

Or make the cross bearers from a solid wood like pine or similar? (straight square sided planks that dont need to be cut on the cnc)

Nested parts and it will take 3 sheets of ply.

Thanks Fabrice. I am changing a few things but its perfect nonetheless.

Looks Great. My nephue is into SkyLanders. I have no clue what it is.

My only suggestion is to make the Backboard a few inches taller so the sign can be seen above the pillows.

Russell I didn't know what they were either until about a week ago when my brother came down. He brought all his skylander action figures and asked me if I could make my nephew anything on the machine. I made a few things already. Stood in line at "Toys R Us" for a chance to pick up the new batch of characters... First time I have ever done that in my life. The things we do for kids

Here is some pictures of the two things I cut out.
1st pic is their logo
2nd pic is his favorite character and the grooves glow in the dark
