3D Flat Pack Models!
(sorry for the mistakes)
hi everybody i want to build a cnc for long time i read a lot on cnczone and discover the mechmate, very impressive i'm quite good with 3d and cam software and can offer my service for 3axes and 4 axes programming (solidworks and visualmill)

Do you have a link to free 3D models ie for Rhino from which i can work on it and slice it to create these wooden models?

Tried the technique with my small router using 5.4mm MDF. After the second try I got it, first one I made the gaps of 5.2mm and they were too tight, then I made the gaps 5.6mm and they meshed nicely.
It needs some more sanding, but its a nice object nevertheless:    Thanks Fabrice

Made an iPhone craddle using this technique:
    Used 3mm MDF and 1/8" carbide endmill Here is the DXF it allows the charging/sync cable to be used, but its not comfortable to remove the cable and answer a call in a hurry because you need both hands
