Circles but not circles
Hello everyone: I hope someone had the same problem or give me some hints.
I was putting off for so long. Circles are not really circles. As you can see in the pix. The head starts at 3 o'clock (0°) and when it gets to 6 o'clock, Y axle gets fixed 24° (of the circle). The same occurs when the head gets at 12 o'clock. X and A axle are 1:2 reduced, Y and Z 1:1 Mach3 configs X and A axle: (reduced 1:2) Steps per 28.766 velocity mm's per min: 9000 accele 500 G's 0,051 step pulse 2 dir 2 For Y and Z Steps per 14,383 velocity mm's per min: 9000 accele 500 G's 0,051 step pulse 2 dir 2 |
