Need opinion on breakout board

As I was looking for an cheaper and available in Europe Breakout Board (BOB), I found this one
http://www.mechapro.de/catalog/misc-...9icu9gk4fcru82

It really looks ok, but can someone review the manual and see are there some problems and major differences from generally accepted pmdx?
it even has the option for din rail mount.

here is their manual:

It looks okay, but the "manual" is a bit hard to understand. If mechapro has good support, then buy it.
