made the photo frame, didn't had time to purchase the slow curing epoxy:

I plan to paint it black or a dark color and fill the circles with some bright color.

You should be able to email him to his gmail id - koithoju
Also, I have absolutely no connection to him in any way. and
only found his page from some other list.

Irfan,

You look like you are lovin your machine!

Hey quick question, What model number are you using for your Delta vfd? I'm considering the 2.2kw spindle with the Delta-B vfd here- http://store.pdscolombo.com/delta-si...se-p-1557.html .

Thanks,
Travis

Thanks Irfan.

What is the main difference between the Delta's? Some use the B series and some are using the M or the S series. I can't find any info on the major differences except they all seem like they will work. Can someone explain this?

Thanks,
Travis

Irfan,

your work should be in "web sites that inspire and wait budget to be approved'. What is your inspiration? Fantastic work. I like it.

Thanks for all the kind words

some facts on the door
1. Its 2 inch thick teak wood measuring 3x6ft each, the same design is repeated on the backside of the door
2. The original design was from a book originally used for a showcase and I and the architect who designed the building- together modified the design to accommodate in the door design
3. I suffered from back pain for a week after completing the doors
4. The wood was wet and would bend and twist- so 20% of the work you see on that door is manually done
5. It took me one week to finish the doors - a total of 4 and machining on both sides.

Excellent doors! Do you have a pic of the door closed with the full profile?

Are you building a bigger machine now then?

Irfan, no updates from you in a long while. Hope you are doing well.
Here's a pic of a very interesting Moroccan door which I found on the web.
Maybe you can find some nice patterns to use.

And how it's made...
