Al your safety note is duly noted, that is one of the reasons I put covers before the V wheels. I foresaw a finger crunch, would much rather lose a little pinched skin than a whole finger. Personally I feel there should be a thread all of its own on the main board that discusses safety and good safe practices. This would be especially helpful to new comers to CNC and machinery.

Recent Work

I cut this out of three sheets of 1" MDF. Once it is painted and put together, it will hang over the lanes in a private home with a two lane bowling alley. It is 7' 2" x 11' 6.625".

Pete, I cut it for one of my clients but I told him that I wanted pictures. I had to cut a small area over because the final client did not like the radius of the small area. If I get final pictures, I will share.

Jack,

They are going to paint it silver to make it look like metal. But the guys that are going to be finishing it are very creative.

Does this design need a back plate, or MDF will hold over the year and not drop its original shape, I don't know if you are still asking the same price for you Machine but I would like to have it for a school that I'm starting, please let me know.
