Planing build in Sweden with a indexer

Hello after being checking around here for quite a while. I must now begin to build a router i have a mechanical workshop around the corner, but they have been bought up and will be shut down, so I have to buy the iron within 2 weeks from them, then I can use their bandsaw to cut everything and may also drill all holes and weld the frame there. I have a not the space to get all the parts in and work with the drill press and welder since i work on guns this is a bit large parts too handel. But the thing is that i will make the frame ready for a indexer, i plan too use some contacts and have some gunstocks lasersscanned. There is a market here for pre fabricated stocks. Now i have a Bacci queen anne late ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3_L9mtkPnCM ) for the otsides and a big italian made copycarver for the insides but its too mutch work too do it this way. If i can make it with a cnc it would be great! i dont wont this too be my main thing but i think i will sell about 100 a year if i market it right. The time line is feb make the base and order the laser cut and bended parts hope too find some i Europe. end of april be ready with all mechanical tings and started on the electronics. So any tips and pointing in the right directions are appreciated. sorry for the spelling but this is not my native language.

Thomas, thanks for the video. The prints are all you need. Some here have put an indexer on just search around. Hope you got started and give us your progress.
