Bearing shielded or sealed

On VXB bearings site there are two kind of VGroove bearing:

and
http://www.vxb.com/page/bearings/PRO...arings/Kit8406
both have the same price, the only difference is in shield.

What kind of shield is better for MM ?

Sealed......you don't want dust and debris getting in the rollers.
