I have the 72 count larger pulleys so an 18 or a 24 would work.

Armamdo you may need different belts if you had a 24t setup sent to you.

Looks like the difference between a 24t x 72t(100 teeth and 4.962",3:1) and a 18t x 72t(98 teeth 5.0019",4:1) is 2 teeth and .038 of a inch, to be 5 inches part.

The setup I had originally was the 18x72 (4:1) so I should be ok.

Jason,
I received the pulleys you machined for me and are way way better than the the ones I screwed up on the drill press. I can now move forward with the transmissions. Thanks alot for your help. Armando |

No problem. I just speed reamed them on the lathe. I have time issues. If you need a high tolerance let me know.
