I can help with laser cutting in South Africa. Shipment nationwide not a problem.

A local supplier list for some of the other parts would help though.

I know of one company in George that do laser cutting but they don`t do bending they send it to someone else.
Are you also building a MM? and do you have a set cut out already?

Okay just came For people in Pretoria. Just Phoned “Kare” a company extremely well equipped to laser cut and cnc bend the profile metal to specifications. There are their website address http://www.kareproducts.co.za/. I just emailed them the information and will update every one with the quotation. Ps: Go have a look at their website, it looks like they know what they are doing. Hope the price is rite.
