I just found this place. The prices seem pretty fair all around. I've heard good things about southeast tool bits. I just placed my first order with them, set to arrive today.

I have been using bits from Centurion Tools

http://centuriontools.com

1/4" Mortise Compression 1" Cut Length
SKU: 14CR21.02.5FEM200
$27.80

I cut a lot of cheap China 3/4" ply and even after lots of sheet, they still give a good edge.

If they do not ship out of the country, I would consider an order to one location if you are interested.

Multi cam

Hi

Sorry for the delay

I found Multi Cam here in Brisbane thier prices are reasonable, postage is overnight freight.
I found on another site that due to the fact that I was after 1.5mmCED you could not get them so the suggestion was run a 1.5 down cut spiral then an upcut through over two passes this has given great results.

Cheers
Pete
