Sergio, that is the connector between motor car and trailer - many automotive places sell them.

Thanks Gerald,
Yes that conector is easily available, maybe a litle too large for my taste.

The modern trailer connectors have become much smaller. But, I still would not use any connector. It is almost never needed to disconnect the cable from the motor - so few times that we can cut the cable and make a new soldered joint if we need to. This is the joint that I trust the most - solder (or crimp).

Yes I use no connectors, the only problem I had with my Mechmate were the gecko connector which were a bit loose, I had to disassemble them and tight the spring. My Mechmate is going to have a new house (a professional location instead of my garage) so a minimum disassemble is needed .... but as usual your advice is the simplest and the better, thanks.

I would use these connectors because I want to share the electronic box with a hot wire CNC foam cutting machine

Yes I'm thinking about adding the 4 axis and one possible simple and economic solution is to use the electronic of one the X axis (as far as I understood I don't need the X axis movement when the 4th axis is in use) with a mach3 dedicated setup and a dedicated motor.
