Bushings for Z Axis

hi
I wanna know if the bushings are only for the Z axis or if x and y need bushings too, im thiink to do the Z axis with ballscrew and I need to know that because Im gonna buy my bearings in superiorbearing.com and the mechmate kit include 6 bushings, I wana buy only 8 bearings, and the track, is that ok or Im wrong_?? thank you for your help gerald, and thank you for response my last question, sorry for my English jaja

Alberto,

You need 4 VWheels for X, 2 for each side.
You need 4 VWheels for Y, 2 for each side.
You need 6 VWheels for Z, 3 for each side.

You need 6 Eccentric Bushings for Z and only Z. The eccentric bushing are used to get a good tight fight on the Z plate and the help you adjust so that the Z plate is moving vertical.

Hola Alberto, supongo que hablas español.

Solo necesitas 6 bujes excéntricos para los cojinetes del eje Z, aunque hay personas que en eje Z ponen solamente 3 cojinetes con bujes excéntricos y los otros 3 cojinetes los ponen fijos.

Como bien dice Nils, necesitas en total 14 cojinetes en W y 6 excéntricos de superior bearings.

No se lo que incluye tu kit de corte, pero si te trae ya los 6 excéntricos, no hace falta que los compres a superiorbearings.

Con respecto a los raíles o carriles por donde rodarán los cojinetes, yo preferiría molerlos con la amoladora en V. ya que comprados son bastante caros y hay que dedicarle mucha atención al ajuste.

Isladelobos, gracias tambien por tu respuesta, tengo una duda, mira yo voy a comprar mis baleros v en superior bearings pero quiero saber como se sujetan estos con la maquina??, tengo que comprar algun tornillo o ya vienen incluidos??, la otra cosa es que necesito para hacer un reductor para los motores, tengo entendido que son 2 engranes no es asi?, ojala puedas ayudarme, ahhh y una ultima pregunta voy a comprar el rack and pinion pero quiero saber si necesito algo para poder conectar el pinion a mi motor o como es que se conecta la flecha del motor con el pinion, gracias por tu ayuda y si me puedes recomendar donde comprar el rack and pinion en usa estaria muy agradecido!

Veo que usted anda un poco verde con el tema CNC y Mechmate en general.

Mi primera recomendación es que no compre nada hasta estar seguro de lo que necesita y como lo necesita.

Mi segunda recomendación es que lea el foro durante algún tiempo para que entienda la máquina, como funciona y como adaptarla a sus necesidades.

Con respecto a sus preguntas, los rodamientos de Superiorbearings, no traen los tornillos, si mira los planos de la máquina, verá como se ensambla todo.

Lo del reductor para los motores, es una opción a su elección, si lee bien el foro, verá que hay algunos ejemplos muy ilustrativos, con imágenes y planos incluidos.

Espero que todo valla bien, y no se olvide de adjuntar imágenes de su construcción en el transcurso de la misma.

Como tu, yo estoy aprendiendo bastante en este foro, mecánica, electricidad, electrónica, diseño, informática, idioma, etc...
