raw Particle board cutting
I need to cut a lot of 19mm Particle board, its raw, without melamine top.
Really its just packaging grade of board. Order is to cut about 20-30 sheets/month. There is around 35 pieces on one board so its a lot of cut path. Anyone has in mind some router bit to use? Edge quality is of no concern as it will be covered with fabric later. I need something rough that will just rip it apart had this in mind: http://www.cmtutensili.com/show_items.asp?pars=RC~196~2 around 35eur for 8mm , think that it will be strong enough to cut it in one pass. |

You may try with compression bit.

Compression bits are working for me when I have to cut sheet material.

samo ti zezaj I said its a low grade particle board with lot of impurities, and edge does not have to be perfect or good. So that is why I have not considered compression bit (price difference). |
