Anyone used these ?
stumbled upon them, could be handy ?

Yes, I have used them.
They are fine for special use - the composite plastic nail, doesn't hold stain, but fine if left in a painted product.

The video shows the machine drilling out the nail after the cut....the challenge is how do you perfectly nail down a board with a nail gun, and put that point back in your tool path do at the end?

It's a great special purpose thing...like spoil board to spoilboard or board to sacrificial sled for planing...

...oh, they don't rust and work just dandy on outdoor trim.

Good to know. Let's see if I can find them in Europe.

I don't think the perfect nail position should be a big issue. I would draw it in my tool path, and run it prior to the cutting just touching the surface with a small bit or pen. Run it again after you are done with a deeper cut.

What would be really dandy is adding the nailgun to the z with an offset.
