Yellow paint
I am not sure if this is the right section to post this in, but here goes.
It always puzzled me why yellow is a difficult colour to paint. I finally asked Google. The answer was, ' The pigmentation is thin' The cure for this is to use a white or light grey undercoat. Several layers may be necessary. I tried this today, using white (3 layers) The result was much better. Some of you probably know this already because I have seen some stunning yellow machines, but I thought I would share my yellow enlightenment. I hope this helps some of you. |

I have noticed it myself that painting with yellow is frustrating.
Thanks for the tip Jason |
