Is that 1/4 or 6mm steel? How fast is that router turning?

according to the video comment, "3mm old steel with 4mm carbide bit"

seems to produce a slurry (for lack of a better word) rather than chips

i'm curious also about the feed rate and type of bit (straight, spiral etc)

Hi

Robin, The steel is 3mm tool is 4mm carbide G-code made in art-cam steel tool
Feed rate 60 to 180 mm/min depends on type of tool, plunge rate 50 mm/min
V F D controlled speed should be adjusted to an normal hand drill tool
