ome works have been done even if I do not write too much on the forum.
I can not spend as much time as I want and my funding has been delayed so I'm moving slowly.
First I made the rails, I wait for the racks to finish them.

I also did the bevel on the Z plate

I made some soldering points to join the plate with the device stuck in the table

n 2018, I made all the mechanical part of a mechmate.
You can find the whole history herefor the french forum whose name is usinage.com) http://www.mechmate.com/forums/showthread.php?t=5633
Unfortunately my business turned out to be black pudding and went without money for a few years.
As everything has an end, I find myself able to get back to investing in this machine.
In pure autodidact (I have just a bepc) and having worked in the restoration all my life, I compensate by a very great curiosity and an ability to read for hours.
I now have to tackle the electronic part and this is what seems to me the hardest at my level.
Fortunately I know there are great and generous people on the forums: smt023
When I ordered the kit, I got a gear ratio for the motors.
Here are the decks, on the left that of the Z, on the right the others (par3 therefore).(to see on french part of the post)
I am thinking of ordering them on tridistribution. the ratio should 1/3 or 1/4 from what i read on the mechmate forum but not sure how to calculate the belt length.
For motors, I got for closed loop motors.
Since I have a reduction, nema 34 in 4.5N.m are sufficient.
I am thinking of taking this kit: https://www.ebay.fr/itm/114730018533...gAAOSwRihgUbCX
I will have to add a fourth engine.
Any thoughts welcome and I thank in advance all those who will help me.

Alimentation : AC24~70V or DC30~100V

I have a few questions: what do you think of this kit?
In particular the controler.
The cables for the servos are 3 meters long and, for the size of my mechmate, it takes 11 meters, how do we do it?
Power supply: AC24 ~ 70V or DC30 ~ 100V
What motivates the choice between AC or DC?
Do we need a toroidal power supply?
Thank you
