As was said, the deflection in a plasma machine is not as critical. But be sure to put a good Torch Height Controller in place, this keeps the torch at a constant height from the material.

limits and E-Stop
I wouldn't wire the limits and the E-Stop in series, they don't do the same thing!
The limits are used for both homing and derailing, while e-stop kills power to everything in an emergency...

Eccentrics
The Gantry and Y-Car dont use the eccentric bushings. Just an M12 bolt through side plate and the bearing, with shims to make it ride right.
