Check that first.
A single flute compression spiral will cut well at 17000 rpm 2500mm with 12mm depth of pass. I use the onsrud 60-152MW....

Headboard is 7mm walnut faced plywood.
cut with 2 flute compression spiral. 3 mm dia.
15000rpm feed 4000mm. First pass 6mm deep.
In total. 26mins.

Well I'm up and running again... been 6 months.....

Well I'm up and running again... been 6 months.. Moved to Dorset...built a 6mtr by 5mtr workshop in my garden and moved the machine in over Christmas.. now busy cutting a dolls house for a grand...
