Pretty sure you meant kB unless the dwg is loaded with materials, 1/2 a gigabit is extremely large for a dwg with only t-splines on it.

Just have to say this forum thread just saved me a lot of troubleshooting time. My modbus wasn't starting up my spindle. Looked back through my build history and found one setting was disabled....

All of mine are aluminum pulleys. I have a 7 to 1 ratio with my largest pulley custom made from a gear maker out of Massachusetts. No issues with wear.

The load leads (U, V, W) should not have a break in the line, the VFD needs to see the load for the bus. To properly active the drive you should use modbus to the vfd to set the speed and direction...
