Just to add my comment. I changed the connector...

Just to add my comment. I changed the connector and found that grounding pin is not connected at all - 3kw air cooled spindle.

If the hole is big enough, try to run some turns....

If the hole is big enough, try to run some turns. More turns, more inductance. Also, it may help if you try to physically separate spindle cable from other cables.

Parallel lines are not cut in the same direction. But they are cut conventional, not upcut.

Tried before to cut circle upcut, and got positive error.

Acceleration is very conservative. I can not recall now but I am not that crazy about the speed. I cut were cut at about 120-150 IPM. Test lines, as well, same speed. Depth is about 1/16".

I will have to make about 700+ holes in baltic birch 1" thick. Hole size is 1/2" and 3/4". How would you do it considering the number of holes? Drilling or spiral cutting? Feeds and speeds?
