It have one air cylinder connected to a chain...

It have one air cylinder connected to a chain that again is connected to the Z axis. so you just adjust the air pressure until it pulls with the right kg on the Z axis. just like the gas spring on...

I use air to cool and to get the chips away this is importent, for bits I use the same that I use for alu. but again they need to be sharp.

Have you tried up/down cutter, that's what I use, and try with a offset out side toolpath and final cut spot on. I always run with .5mm offset when I cut plywood.

gixi just rename the file to .txt after the file...

gixi just rename the file to .txt after the file name and kobus only have to rename it to .exe when he receive the file. easy :)

I was thinking about when you bolt the indexer to the floor it is not flexing with the Mechmate, is this a problem.

I run mine with Constant Velocity, the exact stop it will do anyway becourse of the Stop CV on angles is set to 90 degres in yours set up.

Ill will try to set that to about 75 degres and changes...
