I think we'll be looking/dismantling the z Slide tomorrow now as we have only just finished getting the racks fixed back on strait this afternoon. They are certainly much better now...

We have just added some more tension to all of the springs for good measure.

We had already tightened the springs (Drilled new bolt holes for the bolts they attach to) and the pinions do seem well engaged with the rack and the Roller bearing seems quite firmly...
