I think it's an alchemy of the right elements and right mesure.
Trochoidal milling is the fundamental elemet, but you need the right chip load, the right ramp cutting .... I still need to study :-)

uhmm ... I think pololu are a bit underpowered for a nema34 ... if you want to try that solution, use at least the drv8825 which have a maximum output of 2.5 Amp pay attention to the specification,...

The 8mm mill cut perfectly ! (like never before) you can't see any sign of the multiple pass
So the problem was with the 6mm mill, I think. It wasn't mounted correctly on the chuck.

I am happy with the results but a new problem occurred:
