I am dyslexic and some things I can't grasp .... I can take most things apart and put them together, and they still work.... I fabricate custom cars and bikes, and build most anything out of steel...

Before I build my tube bender......
I made motorcycle frames with a 1" electrical conduit bender ( Same as 1.25" crew tube), die grinder, hacksaw and the miter program.... ; )

with this , a hacksaw and files, you can miter any tube !

I can send you a link to a app that will print out wrap-a-rounds for round tube....it is metric and you put in size of tube and angle anf it will print a pattern .... You want stiffness and light,...

Use the CO2, cheapest and gives a hotter burn.... the spot should lay down flat if you have the right heat & feed....should sound like frying bacon(Meat)...we have cowboyed the thread long enough,...

The spot welds need to be hot enough to melt into both parts .... if the heta is not high enough .... holding the trigger (mig) will only make it worse..... What method (Type of machine) do you use /
