Sounds different bipolar unipolar

I used to work with unipolar connection, but I´ve been having some problems with Z motor (sudden fail) and I wanted to try bipolar, my surprise is that sounds different, so...is it normal?

Hola Pablo, that value came up from the math. I may use a higher value but axis are calibrated to that value and higher may not be tuned properly. Any way I will try what you suggest.

I would like to speed up testing trying to raise the the feed rate, by moving Mach3 feed rate, it does a little speed. But modifying Gcode I can't, is there a special funtion for it?

I can deal with slow speed, but not with sudden red led. It is not reliable cutting like this, since I need to reset steppers.

Now I find that X motor seems to work faster than A motor, so the Y bridge tends to untrack. Should I work with Motor Tuning menu at Mach3?

Thanks Richards, I followed your instructions and all steppers seems to work fine.

I tested again with Mach3 and ....nothing. At least, I'm half happy I didnt burn the steppers.
