I have a friend that passed last year. Years ago (while teaching shop in a high school I think) made a nice clean cut that took a line that took off 3 finger tips back to the middle knuckle on one...

Pete is right.
MDF is good because it is cheap. But it is also wood so it does move with changes in humidity and temperature. Such is life with any wood.

Sounds like a good reason to route a sign into wood, a quick paint job then and attach it with magnets! At least for the pix :)

I've been tempted to put a 12" I-beam on as bumpers front and rear... In the worst case, sharpening them on the edges just a bit... But then I go sleep, and feel better later. ;-)
