No problem. I just speed reamed them on the lathe. I have time issues. If you need a high tolerance let me know.

Looks like the difference between a 24t x 72t(100 teeth and 4.962",3:1) and a 18t x 72t(98 teeth 5.0019",4:1) is 2 teeth and .038 of a inch, to be 5 inches part.

Lathe it, 4 jaw, carbide boring bar, dial indicator, calipers...it would take maybe 15 minutes. Take the 3 jaw chuck and make a paper weight out of it.

Thats what I did.
