I tried with friends Artcam and the result is exactly what is needed. Aspire produced the toolpath that produces the same thing but with lots of unnecessary moves...

Well this produces much nicer quality but I still cant figure out how to machine it, even using vcarve option the larger dots are not made by simple plunging.
