Mechmate accuracy

Hi! I'm from Ukraine, and I've very big interest to CNC routers.
I already built a little router, and now want to build bigger one.

But question, which very important to me, is ACCURACY of milling.

Mechmate's design is without special rails, etc.
Can I archieve accuracy of 0,1 per 1 m? (f.e. on aluminium)

I think "yes" you can, but the cut must be relatively light (for aluminium) and you must build the machine to good tolerances.

Thank you!
When I asked of 0,1 per 1m accuracy, I thought about 0,1 millimeter, not inch.

What does it mean "relatively light cut"?

F.e. I'll use Kress 1050 FME as a spindle, 4 mm diameter end mill and aluminium sheet (thickness 10 mm). \\
What feed rate can I archieve?
Can I mill this alu through full thickness or (if not) how many passes I have to do?

Thank you for answers. Most common opinion in our russian forum is -
accuracy 1 mm per 1 meter cannot be archieved without using nice rails or smth like this.

This is a wood cutting router and I have no experience on cutting aluminium on it. I am comfortable to think that light cutting of aluminium is okay - maybe 1mm thick sheets. What you are talking about sounds too heavy for this machine.

O, thank you for info!
But alum milling is necessary to me... :(
Maybe I should build a router with rails etc.
