Hi John,
Your stuff looks great! Glad to hear your MM is still going well for you. Are you geting a lot of commercial stuff or are you using mainly for your own stuff?

Any thoughts on doing the sanding portion of projects using your shiny new machine? I machine 6061 aluminum for a manufacturer of rifles. We use a deburring tool that works quite well. It takes some valuable cycle time, but if your machine not curently running another job? Why not?

Heath, Thanks I am mostly doing commercial work, but nothing big yet. The crib boards were for a local customer here. He only wanted three. :)

Deadbob, I find it easier to sand the stuff that I have been working on by hand or with basic power sanders.
