China`s machine tool import account cant keep up the rising trend against last year, there are three factors:

1) the economic crisis and the gov. will not give interest subsidy more
2) Cancel some foreign Investment Industries superior national treatment on import tax
3) The domestic technic level is enhanced

But even the domestic technic level is better than before, but in the high-end area, there still have big gap with the imported products. And under the background of economic crisis,the oversea`s products will strenthen the competision in China market. We expect that the imported account would be 60 billion $ in 2009 in China
