Bought my first part - Ogden UT
So I bought a control box off e-bay today and decided to post to mark the start of my build. Since I am short on money, time and space it will take me a while to get my MechMate built but you have to start somewhere. I will use this thread to post pics and show my progress.

So I thought I would give a little update.
so far I have control box w/cutoff switch fuse block and relay 3 e-stop switches 3 green switches 3 amber switches I have ordered Antek power supply 4 Gecko drivers 4 Oriental PK296A1A-SG7.2 motors cables PMDX-122 laser cut set all should be here in the next week or two the plan is to set up the control box with all the electronics and get the motors spinning, get the gantry welded then build the table here are some pics http://www.mechmate.com/Forum/messages/329/15093.jpg http://www.mechmate.com/Forum/messages/329/15094.jpg http://www.mechmate.com/Forum/messages/329/15095.jpg http://www.mechmate.com/Forum/messages/329/15096.jpg will post more as I go David |
