Any issues with plans from 2008?

I downloaded the plans back around 2008. I was not able to proceed. I would like to seriously consider building one now. What issues if any will I have with the plans? Other issues?

2008 plans are up to date.

2008 plans are up to date - enough. The only major differences in the plans prior to this date affected the laser cut parts. The current parts you purchase from Mike (forum owner) are the updated layouts.
