I have a website designed for free .dxf files to download. I am currently adding 5 images a day, so the downloads section should grow pretty quick. I am also setting it up so a community can share their free .dxf files also. Please check it out an let me know what you would like to see for free on this site.

these posts do make me laugh... $170 ... $200 ... etc we do know what the word FREE means or AM I LOOSING THE PLOT

I have downloaded their free DXF several time in the past. They are basically samples to get you to want to pay for the rest.

It sounds like they want to support a free user exchange, but that isn't up and running from what I can tell.
