ECOFLEX Commercial licence product
 

Hello Gerald, Hello friends,

I'm excited today because i would like to propose you to build and sell with your Mechmate a scalable global wood construction system, ECOFLEX. This sytem allows you to build chair, bench, decorative interior wall, table of any sizes !. And a lot of other things quick, for low cost and in a environmently friendly way (recycling parts system).

The concept was to create a standard element with a nice pattern, easily cnc cuttable, and repeatable to build different types of furniture models (and others things i don't have in mind now) ;).

The fixation system (a central screw only to hold each 2 boards) allow users to re-use a single model in different way : for exemple 4 chairs of 1 module each could be transformed in a single table with 4 modules or 2 benches of 2 modules each. Pictures will be more comprehensive.

A big variety of design could be developped with very few elements !. I'm going to developp during january month a lot of new possibilities and decoratives addings. Have a look at my gallery at www.ecomanufacture.fr., "Creations" chapter.

If you are interested in, you could have a look in this post at the quick commercial contract i have done for Mechmate users only!. Then, You will receive Sketchup product files. (DXF or Vectric format files later!).

Thank you first for all your sympathics words.

The model is a 1/2 scale prototype.5mm plywood seat + 10 mm plywood legs.
All parts have been cut with the Mechmate with a 6mm diameter bit (a 3 or 4mm diameter bit was better ...).

Some news for people who would like to became producers and resellers of the Ecoflex construction system (with the Mechmate of course !) :

- The economic crisis, environmental problems and increased cost of materials shows that the recycling + flexibility of products will become an important idea of this century. This is a good selling point for the ECOFLEX product range!!.

- Two new contracts (french and english) with more precisions on builder responsabilities. Please use this 2 versions if you are interested in.

- Regarding the monitoring of the products I want to clarify that from April 2009 (and with less work as architect my main job :(), I wish to design 5 new products per month and propose them to Ecoflex resellers/Mechmate owners.

- As a reseller you will have the possibility to ask me to create a "product as you imagine" for your national market 3 times a year.

- Signing the contract is free ... until you sell the first product.

- Since april, an Ecoflex newsletter will be sent each month to share ideas, news, photos to improve the product range.

I hope these proposals will enjoy yourself and help you to improve your Mechmate business.;);)

Several new features are coming on line in 2010 Ecoflex range for registered dealers only + a dedicated Ecoflex web site. I just would like to make clear words from Kenneth, a guy who would rather look after its own affairs rather than dealing with the affairs of others, :mad:

It is true i propose few days ago to Shopbotters forum my furniture concept, Ekoflex. What is the problem ? That's why i have updated the Ekoflex quick contract in my last post, and erasing "the Mechmate exclusivity" words .Have a look Kenneth i :rolleyes::rolleyes:

The reason : In fact, i had very few support from Mechmaters and few answers to my proposition at the moment ... it was time to share the idea to others cnc users ...

So Thank you Gerald to change the main title of this thread (what i cannot do) erasing "for Mechmaters only",
