Those spindles are the same with mine. They change only the label. My spindle works fine for the moment so I said go for it. I use air cooled spindle because it's easy to install and it looks far better (respect for the italian way to build with style everything ).
"My wife programmed some house restoration, and guess who was charged to do the dirty job ?"
What can I say: welcome to the club ! I'm moving in a new house. Who's going to do the dirty job? ME !!!
She said : if you build such a machine you can do a lot of stuff:
- repaint some walls
- install the lights
- build some special models of furniture
And the list is endless...
What can I say : I love her :)!

thank marius,
those spindels are I'm quite shure chinese, but 260 € for 1.8 KW is very cheep compared to other, and I think I can experiment, learn and risk less money untill maybe I upgrade ...

Sergio what would a 3kw with a vfd cost shipped to the USA. I can only look at pictures on that site, I can't understand a single word. thanks

ciao J.R.
I cannot see a 3Kw spindle listed the maximum I see is is 1.8 Kw with a price of 260€ that should be 390 $ .... if you want I can ask for expedition to US (it's 10-15 kg) I do not think you can use an european VFD in the US ..... different input voltage .... but if I'm wrong I can ask but I don't think it would be cheeper in my country .... we find everithing (even if manufactured locally) cheeper in your country .... in any case if you need more information or translations from italian I'll be glad to help.
